batha yoga

I learned something new tonight:

It takes ten minutes to take a shower in my sister's beautiful renovated bathroom.
It takes twenty minutes to squeegee it and dry the walls, glass door and floor of the shower.
If I use yoga moves to do it, I get a complete workout.
If I towel the shower first, there is still enough towel left to dry the sweat off my now sweaty again body.
Spit baths are a thing of beauty when you don't have the energy to repeat the whole thing again.

    1. If there had been one Eli, it would have been a comedy.

  2. Ah, true words of wisdom! Although my shower yoga would probably cause me to at least break my neck.

    1. I had a close call or two...especially during the downward dog. The towel wouldn't cooperate. :D

  3. Batha yoga!! I must try this! I've done some forward folds, but I could incorporate more. =) And spit baths? Well said, Cath! =)
