{this moment}
- A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.
If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see.

“This Moment” is a ritual I found on Pamanner's Blog, via Life inspired by the Wee Man adopted from SouleMama. Check out their blogs, and if you are moved too, please leave a link to your Moment in the comment box below.

@Nelieta: here in the south we know you can do anything with duct tape, including graffiti :D
ReplyDelete@Laura and @Jessica (Finding One's Way):
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a good laugh from it...I would think the stoner who made that sign was pretty loose :D
Cathy,
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of a single photo no words. I am definitely going to "borrow" this idea for my own. Might adapt it a little. I love it :)
Great photo btw
oh that's hilarious! I personally have an affection for the street crossing ones turned hoopers! Great score on the picture!
ReplyDeleteHa ha. . btw love the doggies over to the left. . .can't bear to sign up to flickr or wotever you do coz I believe it involves ANOTHER password, and I'm up to my quota right now. . .cool sign. . . I have a photo of the world's tallest tree, taken on a trip. . .'cept it was cut down. . . will blog about that. . . sorry for such a long inchorent comment (and paw spellen two)

@Aaron: I loved this idea the first time I saw it on Pamanner's Blog...I think it's been "borrowed" many times, because there are several blogs I check out on Fridays now to see the post of the day...nice way to share. :D
ReplyDeleteReally..how loose were the stones!
ReplyDelete@Caroline: I love road signs gone bad...I passed this one several times and finally one day I was doing the driving and I stopped and took the photo of it...now I am glad I did...I still laugh when I look at it. :D
ReplyDelete@Josie: I fixed that Flickr thing so that if you want to go look at the photos you just click on one and it takes you to the site...you don't have to sign up because all my photos are public domain and can be accessed by anyone...you need to post about the tree...near where I grew up are the redwood forests, trees so tall you can't see the top and so big that a couple have been carved through so cars can drive through them...I'd love to see your photo Josie! :D
ReplyDelete@Hajra: it was really just tar and gravel, but if they don't put up the signs, then someone will lose control of their car and plummet down an embankment...and riding a car to the bottom of a deep "holler" isn't a fun thing to do!
