I found these candles in a small bookstore in a town near Mt. Shasta, California. When I get stuck and can't move forward with something I am working on, I look at these and clear my mind.
I have discovered over the years that when I stop listening to the drivel and distractions in my head, then what is trying to happen...does.
No deep thoughts there, eh? Just my thoughts this morning as I get Big Girl ready for a day of practice. She feels good in my hand, like she belongs there. She's at home. Relaxed and ready to have some fun.
Today will be a good day. I sense it.
Have a good day wherever you are and whatever you are endeavoring to do.

So, instead of burning a candle at both ends, you burn two ends of two candles! Fantastic
ReplyDeleteLovely candles...I wish I had some...

ReplyDeleteThat's me, why burn one candle when you can burn two? :D

ReplyDeleteI just got lucky and happened across them. Some of the best things I've found were just by quirky luck. :D
I may have to get a special candle for writing "atmosphere" and "aromatherapy." Hmmm...
ReplyDeletePositive affirmation - always a good thing.
ReplyDelete@Holly: it's a thought...I love the aroma of candles and they usually enhance my mood...
ReplyDelete@Thom: thanks Thom, I think there is enough negativity in life that I don't need to put any on myself...
Hi Cathy, I love burning candles especially when I am lying in the bath. They really do enhance the mood :)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week!
Creativity and Courage - how we need both. Perfect visual reminders in the candles.
ReplyDelete@Nelieta: Yes they do, and hot wax dripping on you can set a mood too :D
ReplyDelete@Debra: I'm a very visual person, and those candles help me stay focused when my vision becomes less than clear.
Thanks for the comments!

ReplyDeleteRoy made me laugh. Maybe I should burn two candles at both ends. :D
