my mom's day moment in time

{this moment}
- A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.
If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see.

“This Moment” is a ritual I found on Pamanner's Blog, via Life inspired by the Wee Man adopted from SouleMama. Check out their blogs, and if you are moved too, please leave a link to your Moment in the comment box below.

  6. Cathy,
    This is such a lovely picture. Sorry it took so long to see it. I like how you have kept so much detail in it. In most flower photos people go with that shallow DOF for the bokeh background..what focal length did you use.

  7. I think I used Little Girl to take this picture Aaron. (Little Girl is my Canon S5 1S.) I get better macro shots with it and I am pretty sure this is a macro shot. Then I used photoscape to deepen the color a bit. I guess I should make notes when I do these but I don't. I just dink with it until I like what I see. :D Thanks for stopping by!
